Role Overview

As a Computer Operator at Kyndryl, you will help revolutionize the way we operate complex computer systems by supervising and controlling intricate networks and applications, operating distributed systems in a multi‑vendor environment, performing batch operations per service agreements, analyzing first‑level issues across systems, and resolving or routing issues as appropriate. You will also develop support system‑management processes tailored to customer requirements.

Responsibilities
