This is high-impact engineering – ensuring safety, quality, and reliability in critical rail infrastructure.You’ll work alongside people who show up with ownership, passion, and dedication - because they know what’s at stake: the journey home.Your role, your impact- Define and deploy the Program Verification & Validation strategy and plan- Lead verification, integration and test activities across software, product and system levels- Drive the transition from manual to automated testing (Cucumber, JMeter, Postman, TestComplete)- Coordinate cross-functional teams (Security Signalling, Product Architecture, Development Centers)- Manage configuration, change control and requirement traceability- Oversee test execution, reporting, risks and issue management- Define and follow up test environments, test benches and analysis tools- Represent Alstom towards customers, providing visibility on V&V; progress and risks- Lead the V&V; team and manage subcontractors and work packages- Ensure independence between verification and design activitiesYou’ll work with sharp, committed teams across engineering, system, and security domains - solving complex challenges that shape the future of mobility.What you bring- Experience in verification & validation,
testing, integration or system engineering- Strong knowledge of test automation strategies and tools (e.G.
