Requirements
- Updated adecuado profile: 1-6 years of solid commercial experience (BDR / SDR / call center / outbound‑prospecting)
- Native or bilingual English, Fluent Dutch
- Residence in Spain mandatory;
- Availability aligned with US schedule.
Not prioritized: pure CX/Support/Customer Success profiles without commercial experience, career‑chasers transitioning into sales, or very senior profiles.
Relocation Details
Candidate must already reside in Spain (mandatory), including those assigned to international markets (e.g. German market).
Training is required that lasts approximately 4 weeks / first month fully on‑site in Madrid. Afterwards approximately once a month on‑site (travel and associated expenses covered).
Additional Job Information
- Full sales‑cycle role. Volume: ~80-100 calls/day.
- Hybrid 50% (available after reaching at least 70% of target).
