Responsibilities

- Ensuring data integrity and high‑quality outputs across data sources
- Support quality control processes and contribute to quality assurance for data offerings
- Perform standard data quality checks and identify trends or patterns using statistical techniques
- Evaluate business data to understand characteristics and ensure alignment with local market rules
- Analyse existing processes and suggest opportunities for improvement
- Document procedures and share knowledge to support team consistency
- Assist in resolving data exceptions and collaborate with internal teams to address client‑related queries
- Provide support to clients and business initiatives when required
- Maintain and track KPIs to monitor performance and ensure operational accuracy

Requirements





- Bachelor’s degree in a scientific field (e.g., Statistics) preferred
- At least one year of experience in a data analytics or similar role
- SAS programming skills required
- Experience with additional tools such as R or SQL is a plus
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, Access, and PowerPoint
- Strong problem‑solving skills and comfort working with complexity
- Clear communication skills and a collaborative mindset
- High attention to detail and ability to analyse complex datasets
- Curiosity and a strong interest in research and investigation
