As a Business Development Representative (BDR), you will influence digital transformation journeys, identify new sales opportunities, and drive real business impact.If you're competitive, proactive, and want to build a world-class sales career—this is your place.Your MissionAs a German-speaking BDR, you will:Drive GrowthAchieve quarterly Sales Qualified Opportunity (SQO) targets.Maintain strong daily and weekly activity levels.Engage With Decision-MakersExecute outbound calls and emails (including cold calls).Build immediate rapport with C-level executives and understand their business challenges.Consult & EducateIdentify prospects pain points and translate them into tailored Google Cloud solutions.Demonstrate value through consultative, solution-focused conversations.Manage Your Sales PipelineMaintain accurate lead and prospect data in Salesforce (CRM).Track all interactions, ensuring clarity and continuity for internal stakeholders.Collaborate & ContributeWork closely with cross-functional teams.Align with individual and team KPIs: productivity, conversion, pipeline.What You BringMinimum RequirementsC2 German + fluent English.BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.Initial experience in B2B, outbound sales,
