Driven Properties is the commercial arm of the Lamar Development group — a luxury real estate brand with an active presence across Europe and Dubai. We are building our sales and marketing engine from the ground up, and we need someone exceptional to help us do it.

What you'll do

- Own and manage the CRM — primarily HubSpot — from implementation to optimisation
- Build and maintain dashboards and reports in Power BI to track pipeline, performance, and growth
- Work closely with the sales team to manage and improve the lead pipeline
- Generate and qualify new leads through data-driven strategies
- Help build and launch the Driven Properties website on Webflow
- Identify inefficiencies and optimise processes across sales and marketing
- Collaborate with international teams across multiple markets
- Stay ahead of AI tools and bring new ideas to the table — constantly

What we're looking for

- Minimum 5 years of experience in a CRM, data, and digital marketing role




- Expert-level HubSpot knowledge — implementation and management, not just basic use
- Strong Power BI skills — you build dashboards, not just read them
- Excellent English — written and spoken, non‑negotiable. You work with international teams daily
- Digital marketing experience — you understand funnels, campaigns, and what drives leads
- Webflow experience or strong willingness to learn
- University degree minimum — with updated courses and continuous learning
- AI‑curious and AI‑active — you use new tools before others have heard of them
- Adaptable, polyvalent, and comfortable doing whatever the business needs
- Startup mindset — restless, resourceful, never satisfied with good enough
- Real estate or luxury sector experience · Experience in a startup or scale‑up · Additional European language

Contract: Permanent

— Monday to Thursday: 9:00–14:00 / 16:00–19:30

— Friday: 9:00–15:00
