This role is ideal for someone with a solid Salesforce development background who enjoys combining technical implementation with client interaction and wants to continue growing as a technical consultant. You will own standard implementation tasks independently while partnering with senior team members on more complex solution design and architecture decisions.
What You’ll Do

- Translate business requirements into technical specifications and implementation tasks.
- Develop Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Flow Builder.
- Contribute to the implementation of scalable Salesforce solutions combining declarative and programmatic approaches.
- Develop and support REST/SOAP integrations and data migration activities for standard implementation projects.
- Create and optimize automation using Flow Builder.
- Execute SOQL/SOSL queries and troubleshoot platform issues.
- Participate in code reviews, testing activities, and deployment processes using Git and Copado (or similar DevOps tools).
- Collaborate with consultants, developers, architects, and project stakeholders throughout the delivery lifecycle.
- Contribute to technical documentation, reusable assets, and continuous improvement initiatives.
What We’re Looking For
- 2–4 years of hands‑on Salesforce experience across different projects.
- Strong Apex development experience, including classes, triggers, and test classes.
- Experience developing Lightning Web Components.
- Experience building and supporting REST/SOAP integrations, JSON processing, and OAuth authentication.
- Solid experience using Flow Builder for business process automation.
- Good knowledge of SOQL and SOSL.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce data models and platform capabilities.
- Experience using Git and deployment tools such as Copado or similar.
- Good problem‑solving skills and willingness to learn from more experienced consultants.
- Experience working in Agile environments.
- Professional English and Spanish language skills.
- Preferred: Salesforce Administrator and Platform Developer I certifications.
Nice to Have
- Experience participating in client workshops or discovery sessions.
- Experience producing technical documentation such as Technical Solution Designs, ERDs, or sequence diagrams.
- Exposure to Sales Cloud implementations.
- Experience supporting data migrations.
- Knowledge of Marketing Cloud Account Engagement,
MuleSoft, or other Salesforce products.
- Experience working in consulting environments with multiple clients.
- Interest in expanding into additional CRM platforms and adjacent technologies.
Benefits
- Flexible work and work‑life balance, including every other Friday off.
- Fully remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere in Spain while collaborating with international clients and teams.
- Seniority program offering additional benefits and privileges as you grow with the company.
- Dedicated social and team budget for gatherings and activities.
- Continuous learning with access to certifications, mentorship, technical training, and professional development opportunities.
- Growth opportunities across multiple Salesforce projects and collaboration with experienced Solution Architects and Senior Consultants.
The Hiring Process
1. Project and Role Introduction – a first conversation with an engineering or consulting team member to explain the role and projects.
2. Technical Assessment – a take‑home Salesforce technical exercise to evaluate technical approach and problem‑solving skills.
3. Technical Interview – a discussion with the consulting team to review your assessment and explore your Salesforce experience.
