Responsibilities:

- Work closely with classroom teachers, learning support specialists, and families to provide individualized support to a student.
- Help students access the curriculum, engage fully in school life, and develop academic, social, and emotional skills needed for success.




- Adapt support strategies to meet the evolving needs of the student and promote inclusive education.

Qualifications:

- Experience supporting students with diverse learning needs is highly desirable.
- Strong communication and relationship‑building skills; ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Adaptable, proactive, and committed to inclusive education.
- Patience, empathy, and enthusiasm for fostering independence and confidence in students.
- Willingness to learn and engage with the local culture; Spanish language is not required.

Spanish lessons are complimentary for staff who wish to learn the language.
