Join Click&Boat; as a Sales Executive, managing Spanish‑speaking clients interested in booking boat rentals.
Responsibilities
- Understand customer needs and advise on boat selection, negotiating best options with owners – working from warm leads only.
- Maximize conversion by applying sales strategies and guiding customers through the process.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty to drive repeat bookings.
- Achieve an annual target distributed monthly and/or quarterly; over‑performance is rewarded.
- Work at least one Saturday per month with a planned recuperation day.
Qualifications
- Native Spanish speaker, fluent in English.
- 1–2 years of successful sales experience preferred.
- Ability to independently manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing and upsell.
- Team player, communicative and customer‑satisfaction‑driven.
