We are looking for a trainee with a strong interest in financial products, data management, and fund distribution, with attention to detail and the ability to support data validation, quality control, operational processes, coordination, and product maintenance activities. The trainee will be part of the team responsible for ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and availability of fund information across the Allfunds platform.

Responsibilities

- Exposure to fund onboarding and product setup processes
- Data collection, validation, standardization, and quality control across multiple market data providers
- Understanding of financial markets, investment funds, and fund distribution operations
- Data reconciliation, quality assurance, and incident management activities
- Product maintenance based on corporate actions and lifecycle events
- Cross‑team coordination and support for operational and departmental activities

Qualifications

- Degree in Economics, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
- Level C1 in language
- Proactive person with a positive attitude and a strong willingness to learn
- Availability to complete a full‑time internship
- Enthusiasm and a strong desire to learn
- Good command of Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
- Interest in financial markets and investment fund operations.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to identify and resolve data inconsistencies.
- Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and departments.
