Job Description: Sales Consultant (10-20 Hours)

Your Mission: Inspired Consultations & Immersive Customer Care

Your primary goal involves driving boutique commercial success. To achieve this, you will deliver exceptional client service. At the same time, you will keep the sales floor beautifully aligned with corporate presentation standards. Therefore, you will manage personalized customer walk-throughs inside our unique Design Ateliers. Additionally, you will assist with omnichannel consumer requests. You will also collaborate with your team to hit economic objectives. As a result, you will create unique, memorable store visits. Consequently, you will eliminate floor service delays during peak trading hours and protect our brand’s integral creative image flawlessly.

Your Key Responsibilities:

- Premium Customer Care:



Connect directly with visitors on the floor. Specifically, provide the best customer service in town and ensure everyone feels welcome.
- Creative Atelier Consulting: Uncover customer wishes and spatial needs within our Design Ateliers. To do this, use creative tools to find the right solutions.
- Target-Focused Selling: Maintain a strong focus on store revenue performance. Therefore, work actively toward personal targets and joint budget objectives.
- Omnichannel Support: Assist clients professionally via phone or digital chat. For instance, help them with order follow-ups, product queries, or remote sales.
- Visual Presentation: Keep the store floor looking pristine and highly inspirational. By doing so, you ensure the floor is ready for daily sales operations.
- Management Support: Collaborate closely with the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager. Additionally, step up to take full responsibility when managers are absent.
- Floor Versatility: Tackle any retail challenge with a positive mindset. In short, give your best across customer care, cleaning, and product replenishment.
