Position Title: Business Analyst- Digital Product related (Chinese Speaking)

Responsibilities

- Gain insight into and understand the requirements and pain points of digital upgrade; conduct business requirement surveys; guide business requirements; determine requirement boundaries; complete business function design, process optimization, and IT solution design, and drive implementation.
- Analyze specific business scenarios, user requirements, process specifications, and functional line requirements; design specifications from business requirements to digital product solutions, including key features, user experience, feasibility, upstream and downstream integration solutions; take responsibility for the quality of IT solutions.
- Assist the project manager in daily project management, including making, tracking and updating the project plan.
- Manage project documents,



such as meeting minutes, project reports, and change applications.
- Assist the project manager in risk management and problem resolution to ensure that the project is carried out as planned.

Requirements

- Be familiar with the IT product architecture and software system solutions, and have the capability of designing solutions.
- Have good business process and business model analysis and design capabilities, rich communication experience, and be able to quickly grasp the core points of requirements.
- Be able to proactively think and learn, be careful, have a strong sense of responsibility, and be passionate. Have good team spirit, communication and promotion skills, and problem solving skills.
- Spanish and Chinese (Mandarin is mandatory)
