In this role you will drive end-to-end customer engagement initiatives for Lighthouse's non-managed accounts, shaping onboarding, retention, and lifecycle programs. You will collaborate across functions to design, launch, and optimize campaigns that demonstrate product value at scale. You’ll use AI tools to streamline workflows and report impact to leadership, delivering tangible improvements in retention and engagement. This is a high-visibility, impact-focused role in a fast-growing hospitality AI company.Compensaciones / Ventajas• Lead customer engagement projects end to end, coordinating cross-team timelines and owners.• Build and run targeted campaigns using Gainsight or similar platforms to reach non-managed accounts.• Improve retention and proactive engagement by identifying at-risk customers and guiding lifecycle strategies.• Measure campaign performance and turn data into insights for stakeholders and leadership.• Support scalable onboarding experiences by partnering with teams to enhance digital flows and reduce high-touch processes.• Apply AI to campaign workflows, content deployment, dashboards, and project execution,
