If you are looking to take part in high-impact international projects within the defence sector, this is the place for you. We are expanding our team with a PMO Engineer to support technical coordination and project management activities in European and national defence programs.
You will be involved in strategic initiatives linked to the European Commission, the European Defence Agency (EDA), and Ministries of Defence, working on projects related to C4ISR systems, unmanned platforms (UxV), IoMT, and advanced command and control capabilities.
Responsibilities
- Supporting project planning, monitoring, and control (schedule, costs, risks, and deliverables).
- Coordinating with internal technical teams and international partners.
- Preparing and reviewing technical and management documentation (reports, deliverables, minutes).
- Supporting requirements tracking and configuration management activities.
- Assisting in project reviews and meetings with institutional clients (European Commission, EDA, MoD).
- Contributing to proposal preparation for new defence programs.
- Supporting subcontractor management and coordination of technical activities.
Qualifications
We are looking for graduates in Aerospace Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related fields, with an interest in project management within the defence sector.
- Basic knowledge of project management (planning, monitoring, risk management).
- Strong organizational and task tracking skills.
- Good level of English for international environments.
- Communication and teamwork skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office tools, with MS Project or similar tools considered a plus.
Additionally, the following will be considered an advantage:
- Experience in European programs (EDF, H2020, EDIDP) or international environments.
- Knowledge of defence systems: C4ISR, UxV, MUM-T, IoMT.
- Experience with requirements management tools (e.g., DOORS).
- Knowledge of NATO standards (STANAGs).
- Experience in configuration and quality management.
- Involvement in proposal preparation or bidding processes.
- Experience coordinating international consortia.
