The Customer Service/Business Relationship professional is a key role within the sales structure acting as the primary customer interface.

They both help field sales people with some activities as well as act as sales representatives for specific assigned customers in their territories.

Responsibilities

- Manage large amounts of incoming phone calls.
- Process incoming orders using different applications – end‑to‑end process.
- Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction by detecting potential sales opportunities.
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information using the right methods/tools.
- Meet personal/customer service team sales targets and call handling quotas.
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within time limits, and follow up to ensure resolution.
- Keep records of customer interactions,



process customer accounts, and file documents.
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
- Take the extra mile to engage customers.

Qualifications

- At least 1–3 years of relevant work experience.
- Excellent phone etiquette and verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
- Ability to multi‑task, organize, prioritize work, and manage time effectively.
- Experience as a Client Service Representative or customer support experience.
- Familiarity with SAP systems and practices.
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Knowledge of English, French & Dutch highly appreciated.
