- Provide direct support to the Production Manager in daily administrative and operational routines
- Prepare, update, and analyze production KPI reports, ensuring data accuracy and timely availability
- Build and maintain dashboards, spreadsheets, pivot tables, and reports to support performance management
- Analyze operational data and identify deviations, trends, and improvement opportunities
- Follow up with internal and external suppliers related to maintenance activities and operational support
- Support the coordination of pending actions, deadlines, approvals, and documentation
- Maintain organized records of production reports, action plans, supplier follow-ups, and operational files
- Support plant administrative activities related to production routines, meetings, KPIs, and performance reviews
- Ensure clear communication and follow-up between Production, Maintenance, Warehouse, Planning, and other support areas
