CRAZE is expanding internationally, and we are looking for someone who loves building new business. This is not a Marketplace Operations or Amazon Account Manager role. We are looking for a marketplace sales builder : someone who knows how to identify opportunities, launch new marketplaces, enter new countries, and grow them into significant revenue. We are looking for someone with strong experience across multiple international marketplaces who is excited about opening new sales channels and making them profitable. Success in this role is measured by marketplace launches, international expansion, and profitable sales growth. What You'll Do Identify and prioritize new marketplace opportunities worldwide. Build business cases for entering new countries and marketplaces. Lead marketplace launches from idea to full commercial operation. Open seller accounts and coordinate onboarding, compliance, logistics, VAT, pricing, listings, and operations. Define and execute launch strategies for each marketplace. Grow sales through assortment, pricing, promotions, advertising, and operational improvements. Work closely with Product, Supply Chain, Marketing, Retail, and external partners. Build scalable processes for future marketplace launches. Continuously identify new revenue opportunities.



What We're Looking For 3+ years of hands-on experience launching and growing online marketplaces. Strong experience beyond Amazon. Experience with marketplaces such as Kaufland, Allegro, bol, OTTO, Cdiscount, Mano Mano, Fnac, e MAG, Walmart Marketplace, Mercado Libre, On Buy, Miravia, Tik Tok Shop, or similar. Amazon experience is required, but it should not be your primary expertise. Proven experience launching new countries and generating significant sales. Strong commercial mindset with a relentless focus on revenue growth. Highly entrepreneurial and execution-driven. Comfortable working independently with a high level of ownership. Based in the Barcelona area and available to work on-site. This Role Is NOT For You If Your experience is mainly managing Amazon Seller Central. Your strengths are reporting, analysis, or operations. You have never launched new marketplaces or entered new countries. You prefer maintaining existing accounts over creating new business. This Role IS For You If You love opening new marketplaces.
