Role: Spanish-Speaking Client Support Advisor

Location: Lisbon, Portugal

Type: Full-time (40h/week)

Start Date: October 2025

What You'll Be Doing

- Managing bookings, creating, updating, or canceling reservations.
- Guiding customers via phone, email, or chat with professional and friendly support.
- Assisting with special services (VIP clients, mobility support, or tailored travel needs).
- Handling claims such as delays, cancellations, or strikes with empathy and efficiency.
- Providing accurate, real-time information to help customers make confident decisions.
- Going above and beyond so that every interaction feels personal and memorable.

What Makes You a Great Fit

- Fluency in Spanish (C1) and strong command of English (B2), both spoken and written.
- A natural communicator with excellent interpersonal skills and a positive, team-oriented mindset.
- Previous experience with GDS tools (Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre) is highly valued.
- At least 6 months experience in customer service, tourism,



or travel-related roles preferred.
- Above all, a willingness to learn, grow, and bring energy to every interaction.
