Descripción del trabajo Experteer Overview As Global BU Operations Controller, you will steer financial control for the integral manufacturing footprint and partner with Operations leadership to drive performance insights. You will lead the Operations Controlling team, ensure alignment with business goals, and support decision-making with end-to-end cost analysis and reporting. You will own the BU reporting framework, ERP-related developments, and risk management coordination, focusing on cost efficiency and profitability. This role offers exposure to global stakeholders and a path to shape finance-driven transformation across Sulzer’s manufacturing operations.

- Lead end-to-end controlling and business partnering for the BU at Operations level
- Oversee planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes for Operations
- Produce and maintain core finance management reporting and analysis
- Coordinate with Legal on risk management policies and procedures
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives for the Controlling function
- Monitor factory revenues, expenditures, and working capital analysis
- Support ERP system developments and cost accounting improvements




- Provide timely financial information to internal and external stakeholders
- Liaise with Procurement on order intake and resource allocation
- Support the implementation of DXC and Financial Services within Operational LEs
- Lead and develop the Controlling team, ensuring alignment with global policies
- Deliver governance procedures and maintain management reports (e.g., DOA, control matrix)
- Empower Operations with operational steering and data-driven decision support

Responsabilidades

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- Minimum 9 years of experience in Finance, Controlling, or Business Partnering
- Previous management experience leading high-performing teams
- Prior experience in an Engineering and/or Manufacturing environment
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
