Job responsibilities

About your role:

- Training Logistics: Managing materials and resources, including venue booking and online session scheduling for programs like DE&I; and Discovering LOEWE - Madrid.
- Content Development: Assisting in creating and updating training materials, presentations, and other learning resources to ensure they remain current and effective.
- Tracking and Budgeting: Tracking training activities, invoices, and purchase orders, helping to manage the budget and streamline financial processes.
- Project Support: Supporting various projects to promote a learning and D&I; culture,



including content updates on the Loop L&D; Community and 360L registrations.

Profile

Internships at LOEWE:

- You must be able to sign an internship agreement (convenio de beca) with your university.
- If you are from de UE you must have a student NIE. If you are from outside the UE, you need a working permit.
- Our internships run for 6-12 months and the hours will generally be 9am to 6.30pm Mondays to Thursdays and 9am to 3pm on Fridays.

About you:

- Interest in fashion & culture and considering a career in Human Resources.
- Great attention to detail, pride in the quality of your work.
- High level of both Spanish and English, any other languages definitely a plus.
- Comfortable with all Microsoft Office programs.
