About the role

As a Finance Controller, you will report to the Hub Manager Mediterranean and work closely with local management, Service Owners, and global stakeholders. You will act as a Finance Business Partner, supporting financial performance, ensuring compliance, and contributing to both local and global initiatives.

Key responsibilities

- Analyze financial performance and support budgeting and target‑setting processes.
- Ensure financial reporting is accurate, reliable, and delivered on time.
- Identify and resolve financial discrepancies and ensure data accuracy across systems.
- Act as Finance Business Partner, supporting local management and stakeholders.
- Serve as a point of contact for Service Owners regarding financial data and analysis.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and local regulations.
- Support audits, reporting processes, and infrastructure maintenance.
- Contribute to local and global projects and initiatives.
- Provide backup and support to the Hub Manager and accounting functions.

Who you are

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (professional certifications such as CPA,



CMA, ACCA are a plus).
- 5+ years of relevant experience in financial management, analysis, and budgeting.
- Experience working with multiple countries in South Europe (Spain, Portugal, Italy, Greece) is highly preferred.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify discrepancies and improve processes.
- Proficiency in Excel and Power BI for financial analysis and reporting.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across functions.
- Fluent in English; additional languages such as Italian or Greek are a plus.
