Responsibilities

- Manage technology services or cybersecurity functions.
- Work in managed services (MSSP) or technology consulting environments.
- Handle medium‑ to large‑size corporate clients.
- Participate in pre‑sale activities and develop commercial proposals.
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and external suppliers.

Qualifications

- University degree required; postgraduate studies in Cybersecurity, Service Management, Project Management, or an MBA are highly valued.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in technology service management or cybersecurity.
- Proven experience in managed services (MSSP) or technology consulting.
- Demonstrated ability to manage mid‑size and large corporate customers.




- Experience in pre‑sale processes and proposal creation.
- Experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams and external suppliers.

Certifications

- Preferred certifications: CISM, ITIL, PMP, CISSP, or similar profiles.

Languages

- Spanish: native or equivalent level.
- English: minimum B2 level.
