The Impact You'll Make
Brindar apoyo en la identificación, análisis e implementación de oportunidades de mejora en los procesos productivos y administrativos, con el fin de incrementar la eficiencia, reducir desperdicios y fortalecer la cultura de mejora continua en la organización.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Apoyar en levantamiento de procesos y análisis de tiempos y movimientos.
- Colaborar en la identificación de desperdicios y áreas de oportunidad.
- Participar en proyectos de mejora continua (5S, reducción de scrap, mejora de eficiencia).
- Documentar procesos, procedimientos e instructivos.
- Realizar reportes de indicadores clave (KPIs) y seguimiento de acciones correctivas.
What We're Looking For
- Estudiante de últimos semestres (6° en adelante) de Ingeniería Industrial, Ingeniería en Procesos o afín.
- Contar con protegido facultativo (indispensable).
- Disponibilidad para realizar prácticas en turno matutino (indispensable).
- Periodo mínimo para realizar prácticas: 1 año.
- Inglés avanzado.
- Fundamentos de Lean Manufacturing (5S, Kaizen, VSM, SMED, etc.) y conocimiento básico de herramientas de calidad (Ishikawa, 5 porqués, Pareto, AMEF, etc.).
- Manejo intermedio - avanzado de Excel y PowerBI (tablas dinámicas, gráficos, dashboards).
