ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Product Owner, you will help to develop the product vision by working closely with Managers, C-level and stakeholders and execute such vision by cooperating with a team of talented engineers.

YOU WILL BE DOING THINGS LIKE...

- Create and execute the vision for the product bringing together multi-disciplinary talented teams to deliver commercially viable and compelling products
- Overseeing team projects removing blockers, ensuring project scope, and setting accurate timelines and deadlines
- Ensures user stories, product ideas and improvements are ready for development to start work on it by providing strategic and hands‑on leadership to a strong multidisciplinary team




- Define Acceptance Criteria to validate product developments in order to define the optimal testing strategy to be executed by our Quality Assurance team
- Document product features and work closely with Marketing team to create sales collateral
- Drive the release management process from the initial planning to the training of our Sales team
- Set and review KPIs for the future improvements of our strategic development process
- Create or review product ideas to evaluate their inclusion in the product backlog
- Participate to pre‑sales activities, presentation of the solutions/products to prospect clients
- Engage with customers (either directly or through the delivery team) in order to gain first‑hand knowledge of market feedback to develop valuable insights
- Anticipate future product evolutions by keeping track of industry trends
- Lead market research processes to understand the requirements and user pains before building new features

YOU WILL BE USING YOUR...

- 5+ years of work experience. At least 1 year of experience in Product Management having a leading role
- Experience from fast‑paced work environments such as fintech and/or startup
- BSc. or MSc. in Engineering, Computer Science,



Computer Engineering or other related fields
- Balance of technical knowledge and business acumen
- Proven track record of delivering data‑driven solutions with a customer‑first mindset
- Established background in launching software or services in partnership with engineering teams. High degree of proficiency in prototyping, iterative development, understanding of Agile principles
- Proactive, self‑starter with excellent project management skills and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. Ability to prioritize effectively and get things done
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage, influence, and inspire partners and stakeholders to drive collaboration and alignment
- Ability to quickly create trust with both internal and external clients
- High degree of organization, individual initiative, and personal accountability. Optimal analytical thinking and problem solving skills
