Responsibilities
- Characterize by time resolved THz spectroscopy (TRTS) and THz time domain spectroscopy (THz‑TDS) semiconductor samples.
- Lead the analysis of data and the preparation of manuscripts.
- Present the results in conferences.
Qualifications
- Qualifications: BSc + MSc (physics, materials science or alike)
- Prior experience in ultrafast spectroscopy is a plus.
- Prior experience in THz spectroscopy is a plus.
- Knowledge in electrical characterization will be valuable.
- Programming skills will be evaluated positively.
- Communication skills in English are mandatory.
- Ability to work in an international team, flexibility, and adaptability to handle multiple tasks.
Working Conditions
- Contract duration: ~1 year initially (possible extension up to 4 years).
- Annual gross salary: will correspond to the standards of IMDEA Nanociencia for PhD students.
