Digital Design Engineer – GMSL SerDes Group
Analog Devices Automotive Business Unit seeks a Digital Design Engineer who will develop mixed‑signal integrated circuits for automotive high‑speed serial data communications within the GMSL SerDes group.
Main Responsibilities
- Support feasibility and definition of product requirements for high‑speed data communication products with the Product Definer.
- Design RTL blocks using SystemVerilog.
- Create and manage verification plans by understanding top‑level design and collaborating with other design engineers.
- Perform block‑level and top‑level RTL and gate‑level verification and regressions using SystemVerilog.
- Support synthesis, static timing analysis, DFT, and place‑and‑route supervision.
- Validate bench functions of owned designs.
- Work with test engineers to finalize test programs for product introduction.
- Answer customer and application questions as needed.
Preferred Qualifications & Experience
- MSEE with specialization in IC Design (VLSI).
- At least 8 years of experience in digital design.
- Experience in high‑speed and low‑power RTL design and verification with HDLs, preferably SystemVerilog.
- Hands‑on experience with digital design and verification tools and methodologies.
- Experience with synthesis, DFT, and supervision of timing‑driven place‑and‑route.
UVM verification experience and knowledge in video/audio communication and processing is a plus.
- Good communication and presentation skills in English and teamwork skills.
