Job Description

The individual in this position will act as an integral resource in executing short term and/or long-term projects across EMEAC (Europe, Middle East, Africa & Canada). These projects will involve day-to-day interaction with the Indirect Procurement Team and key business stakeholders, exposing the intern to sourcing practice, supplier communications, data collection and analysis, and project implementation across a cross‑functional organization.

Key Responsibilities

- Support to manage and lead data gathering and analysis for supplier spend data and payment terms
- Act as business support for day‑to‑day business assistance per commodity area
- Support existing projects/systems where compliance is necessary
- Support Country Managers with market research for new suppliers and/or services and end‑to‑end competitive processes (RFP, RFQ, RFI)
- Support to operate agile and effective commercial processes,



including presenting cost analysis, negotiating commercial deals, identifying key areas of risk, and supporting contract execution

Skills & Qualifications

- Strong interpersonal skills for relationship management with audiences such as leadership, peers, management, and suppliers
- Understanding of procurement/sourcing methodology
- PowerBI knowledge ideally
- Fluent in English (other languages a plus)
- Achieved or studying towards a Bachelor’s Degree
- Quick thinker/learner, proactive, self‑motivated, and able to work independently
- Good organizational and communication skills
