Role Summary

We are looking for a Business Analyst to lead analysis work for FX initiatives at FX IT Tribe, drive requirements and ensure high-quality deliveries together with Product and Dev teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead business and data analysis for FX processes; produce functional specs and process maps.
- Translate business needs into user stories, acceptance criteria and requirements.
- Collaborate with Product Owner and Dev team to prioritise backlog and manage dependencies.
- Support or perform Scrum Master‑related tasks when needed to ensure smooth delivery.
- Coordinate testing, releases and measure impact through KPIs.

Valuable experience (nice to have)

- Experience in FX, payments, cash management or other transactional financial solutions.
- Hands‑on experience working with APIs (REST, JSON, Swagger/OpenAPI, API consumers).
- Experience defining contracts, error handling and non-functional requirements for APIs.
- Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Postman.
- Fluent Spanish.

Technical

- Background in any of the following Cloud Architecture, Software Development,Data Science .
- Waterfall and Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban)
- Knowledge of Excel at advance user level.
- Modelling languages




- Basics of Cloud computing (Azure, AWS, Spark)
- Understanding of project management methodologies and best practices, including Business Cases, testing, and risk and issue management.
- Familiar with SQL and NoSQL databases

SCOPE

We need someone like you to help us in different fronts:

- Define integration scope to be built for finance, accounting, invoicing and payments.
- Define the integration mode for each one.
- Specify with local and global team the integration parameters (in and out fields).
- End to end testing for the processes involved.
- Ensure the implementation in different countries of the Operational Lease solution.
