Business Continuity Manager Madrid | Working from home up to 40% | Reference 8020 You will define and improve end-to-end processes, ensuring operational resilience and business continuity in line with regulatory requirements (including DORA). You will work closely with business and technology teams to ensure processes are efficient, well-governed and aligned with service objectives. In this role, you will play a key part in strengthening operational resilience, supporting business continuity frameworks, and driving continuous improvement across the organization. What You Will Do Define and maintain processes using BPM tools (ADONIS preferred) Identify inefficiencies, risks,
