About the role Monzo is seeking a Senior Product Data Scientist excited to help build the bank of the future. The role focuses on supercharging user engagement and creating a product customers truly love. Responsibilities Apply expertise in quantitative analysis, data mining, and data presentation to understand how users interact with products and derive insights that inform product strategy. Guide and enable product teams to measure key metrics, initiate or run A/B experiments to continuously improve product outcomes. Collaborate with finance to build a unified company‑wide understanding of user lifetime value and how product features impact profitability. Liaise with engineering teams to ensure accurate data collection that supports relevant business insights. Qualifications Impact driven with a genuine desire to positively influence the company, product, and users. Commercially minded, able to translate numbers into business perspective.



A balanced mix of hands‑on work and strategic thinking. Self‑starter who proactively identifies issues and opportunities without being prompted. Team player trusted by colleagues.
