Project Planning Manager in Madrid

Your role, your impact

- Update full schedules and collect time‑related progress information.
- Maintain schedules for assigned part of schedules according to Time Management Plan and company’s procedures.
- Collect progress information from stakeholders and suppliers.
- Participate in periodic project schedule review sessions.
- Report the vigente or potential delays to the core project team.
- Prepare standard schedule and progress reports.

What You Bring

- Engineering or Business Degree.
- High level in English is a must.
- 2-4 years of experience as Project Planning.
- Practical skills in at least one scheduling software tool (MSP, P6, Planisware).




- Practical skills in MS Office software tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Good communications and interpersonal skills, excellent team worker.
- Conflict management and multi-tasking.
