As part of the Cloud Security Team, Security Engineers shape the security of Swiss Re's public cloud domain and serve as the trusted advisors for security-related guidance on any IT project in the company.

Your analytical mindset allows you to anticipate potential vulnerabilities and develop innovative solutions to complex security challenges.We are looking for candidates who meet these requirements:Significant knowledge of major cybersecurity concepts, technologies, and standard methods with willingness to explore new areasDeep expertise in several cybersecurity areas including network and application security, identity and access management, and modern authentication protocolsUnderstanding of DevSecOps practices, including usage of tools like Jira, Confluence, and Azure DevOpsHands-on experience in public cloud providers: AWS, Azure, Google, Alibaba.Familiarity with the implications of security standards in regulated environmentsExcellent communication skills with fluency in English, both spoken and writtenThese are additional nice to haves:Palantir software and/or services.Professional certifications such as Microsoft, CISSP, CCSP, SANS GIAC or similar qualificationsGerman or Chinese language skillsExperience with endpoint or mobile security solutionsKnowledge of Microsoft Workplace and Office products in enterprise-grade configurationsFor Spain, thebase salary rangefor this position is between EUR 42,000 and EUR 70,000 (for a full-time role).
