Iron Systems, Inc. is seeking an IT Helpdesk Engineer to support client environments and resolve technical issues. You will provide onsite and desk-side support for End Users and Special Devices, troubleshoot PC problems, and manage service events within SLA.
You will build, configure and verify images on customer PCs, support meeting rooms and conferencing, and assist with printers, scanners and mobile devices while ensuring data backup/restoration as needed.
