We are seeking an experienced Backend Developer with a strong background in Python and healthcare environments to join our team and contribute to the development of innovative technology solutions in the health sector.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain APIs and microservices in Python using FastAPI, Django, and Typer.
- Implement and integrate solutions with healthcare systems using HL7 standards and integration engines such as Mirth Connect.
- Manage and optimize relational databases, particularly PostgreSQL.
- Implement messaging and asynchronous processing systems using RabbitMQ or Redis.
- Administer and deploy services in Linux environments.
- Containerize applications and manage environments using Docker.
- Ensure software quality through automated testing, sound architectural practices, and CI/CD pipelines.




- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, frontend, data, and international partners).

Requirements

- 3+ years of backend development experience in production environments.
- Strong proficiency in Python, with solid experience in FastAPI and/or Django.
- Experience with relational databases, especially PostgreSQL.
- Experience with messaging/queue systems such as RabbitMQ or Redis.
- Hands‑on experience with Docker and containerized environments.
- Knowledge of or experience with healthcare integrations using HL7.
- Professional‑level English (ability to work with technical documentation and international partners).

Nice to Have

- Previous experience in the healthcare sector.
- Advanced knowledge of HL7 standards.
- Experience with microservices architectures.
- Experience in cloud environments or Kubernetes.
