We’re looking for a Conference Concierge Trainee to join our team from September—someone organized, people-focused, and ready to make every guest experience flawless.

What You’ll Do

- Be the main on-site contact for meeting planners and event organizers
- Coordinate event logistics with all relevant departments (banqueting, kitchen, AV, housekeeping)
- Support the setup and breakdown of meeting spaces according to client specifications




- Ensure service runs smoothly and all client requests are addressed in real time
- Assist with signage, materials, and documentation for events
- Maintain event documentation and daily reports for internal communication
- Deliver top-tier guest service with a warm, solution-oriented approach
- Represent the Grand Hyatt brand with professionalism and personality

Who You Are

- A current university student (preferably studying Hospitality, Events, or Tourism)
- Available to start in September for a 6-month internship
- Fluent in Spanish and English
- Organized, detail-oriented, and calm under pressure
- A confident communicator who thrives in guest-facing roles
- Proactive, flexible, and comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment
- Willing to work versátil hours, including evenings and weekends
- Able to sign a university internship agreement
- Legally authorized to work in Spain or enrolled in an EU internship program
