What you’ll do

- Support customers and dealerships via phone and email
- Take ownership of cases from start to resolution
- Follow up to ensure a smooth and satisfying customer experience
- Update systems and contribute to daily operations

What we’re looking for

- C1 level of English
- C2/native in Dutch, German, or Swedish
- Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude
- Based in Madrid or nearby
- Customer service experience is a plus, but not essential

How you’ll work

- Hybrid working model: 50% office-based after a 3‑month onboarding period
- Training fully on‑site




- Fixed schedule from Monday to Friday (no shift work)
- Office location: Albasanz 15, Madrid. Suanzes Underground. Canillejas area.

What we offer
