One Air Flight School is looking to recruit FI(A) Flight Instructors to deliver training for PPL, Integrated ATPL, and advanced training courses using a modern fleet consisting of Diamond, Tecnam, and Cirrus aircraft.

Operations:
LEMG – Málaga/Costa del Sol
LEAX – Axarquía Aerodrome
What we offer:
Permanent full-time contract (40 hours per week)
Probation period of 3 months
Organized and structured schedules
Two consecutive days off each week, including at least one weekend day
Gross salary between €1,700 and €3,300 + supplements (depending on experience, ratings, and activity)
Licence revalidations and medical certificate included
Instructor upgrade courses included
Positive working environment and a modern, continuously growing fleet

Single-engine operations:
Diamond DA20
Diamond DA40
Cirrus SR20
Tecnam P2008
Multi-engine operations:
Diamond DA42
Tecnam P2006T
Additionally:
Simulator instruction
ATPL/PPL theoretical training
Student monitoring and assessment
Requirements:
Valid FI(A) licence
Good level of English (minimum ICAO 4)
Basic level of xqbhyrx Spanish
Ability to work as part of a team
Ability to adapt teaching methods to different student profiles
Strong communication skills and student development focus
Professional and solution-oriented mindset
Availability to travel to operational bases
