Your responsibilities: • Processing incoming orders, quote requests, and customer inquiries • Monitoring product availability, clarifying and tracking delivery dates • Preparing transport documents and accompanying papers for special transport from Schaan/FL • Creating invoices and credit notes • Preparing and coordinating the shipment of trade fair and course materials • Updating delivery conditions • Clarifying shipping methods • Acting as a contact person for sales partners, end customers, regional sales managers, and subsidiaries in operational matters • Actively supporting the field service • Working closely with logistics, warehouse, and planning departments • Providing operational support to internal departments such as product management, key account management, customer care management, academy, R&D; • Pre- and post-processing of promotions, trade fairs, and events • Personally, supporting sales at trade fairs and events,
if required • Implementing and adhering to the guidelines of the safety manual • Implementing and adhering to the guidelines of the personnel manual • Implementing and adhering to regulatory requirements • Acting as a role model in accordance with the corporate values of the Ivoclar Group Your profile: • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 2–4 years of experience in order processing, logistics coordination, or customer service.
• Experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP and proficiency in MS Office applications.
• Strong understanding of order management and shipping processes.
• Knowledge of transport documentation and international shipping regulations.
• Ability to create invoices, credit notes, and manage delivery conditions.
• Familiarity with trade fair and event logistics is an advantage.
• Good English communication skills, (minimum B2).
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively across multiple departments.
• Demonstrated ability to act as a role model aligned with corporate values.
