This is the world of Smarter Freshness.What the Role DeliversThe Senior Accountant – International is responsible for ensuring accurate statutory accounting, tax compliance, and financial reporting for multiple legal entities across the globe. This role partners closely with International Accounting and Finance Shared Services to deliver timely month‑end closes, insightful financial analysis, and strong internal controls in a complex, multinational environment.Based in Valencia,



this position supports several international entities and works closely with regional leadership and corporate headquarters.Key ResponsibilitiesAccounting & Month-End ClosePerform statutory accounting and month‑end close activities for multiple international entitiesPrepare and analyze balance sheet, P&L;, and margin resultsCoordinate reconciliations and close activities with Corporate Accounting and Shared ServicesTax & Statutory ComplianceManage Corporate Income Tax, VAT, WHT, and other local tax reporting requirementsEnsure timely filing of statutory accounts and local regulatory submissionsAct as the primary liaison with external auditors and tax advisorsTax package reporting, reconciling pretax income from USGAAP to statutory and Tax books to determine current and deferred income taxFinancial Planning & AnalysisSupport budgeting and forecasting processes for the regionPrepare management reports, variance analyses, and financial insights for stakeholdersTreasury & Internal ControlsMonitor cash requirements and support funding and liquidity planningSupport internal controls, segregation of duties (SOD), and audit requirementsIdentify process improvement opportunities and mitigate financial risksStakeholder InteractionCorporate Accounting and Finance Shared ServicesSales, Customer Service, and Procurement teamsExternal auditors, tax advisors,
