Job DescriptionApply for IT Manager (Infrastructure and Cloud) at Materialise in Barcelona, Spain. This full‑time on‑site position offers career growth.ResponsibilitiesLead, mentor, and develop a team of skilled engineers.Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement within the team.Collaborate closely with engineering, DevOps, and product teams to align efforts and achieve shared goals.Oversee incident response processes, ensuring timely resolution and thorough root‑cause analysis.Define and execute strategies related to Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) and DevOps Tool Engineering (DTE) technologies, aligning with IT management and business stakeholders.Manage and oversee the team’s budget, ensuring cost‑effectiveness while meeting project and operational goals.Manage and prioritize SRE and DTE‑related projects, ensuring clear scope, on‑time delivery, and collaboration with cross‑functional teams.Qualifications5+ years of experience in site reliability engineering, DevOps, or related fields.2+ years of managerial experience with a proven track record of leading technical teams.Strong understanding of cloud (AWS, Azure) and on‑premise infrastructure (Windows, Linux, Active Directory, M365, storage, backup, etc.).Knowledge of DevOps concepts and implementation strategies,
