This role is critical to ensuring the continuous availability of materials and finished goods across our distribution network.You will act as a key link between suppliers, central warehouses, and internal stakeholders, using SAP S/4HANA to drive data-driven decisions and operational excellence, with a primary focus on Spanish and Portuguese markets.What You’ll Be DoingInventory Planning & ForecastingDevelop and maintain inventory and replenishment strategiesExecute demand forecasting and adjust procurement plansMonitor KPIs such as service levels, inventory turnover, and stock coveragePerform inventory analysis (ABC/XYZ, slow-moving and obsolete stock management)Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align supply and demandProcurement & PurchasingCreate and manage purchase orders ensuring accuracy and timely deliveryManage end-to-end procure-to-pay processes in SAPMaintain supplier data, lead times, and order parametersCommunicate with suppliers regarding deliveries and potential issuesIdentify and mitigate supply risksWarehouse ReplenishmentPlan and execute replenishment from suppliers and internal sourcesRun and analyze MRP outputs in SAPCoordinate inbound logistics with warehouse and transport teamsOptimize parameters such as safety stock and reorder pointsSystems & ReportingAct as a key user of SAP S/4HANA (MM, MRP,
