Scopely is looking for aGlobal Health & Safety Partnerto join our People team in Barcelona on a hybrid basis working 2 days a week from the hub. We are a integral team of game lovers who are developing, publishing and innovating the mobile games industry, connecting millions of people around the world daily.What You Will DoAs the Global Health & Safety Partner, you will help drive and maintain Scopely’s global workplace health, safety, and emergency preparedness programs. You’ll partner closely with Facilities, Security, People, and Leadership teams to ensure our employees feel safe, supported, and prepared across our global offices.This role combines operational execution, compliance oversight, employee wellbeing, and cross‑functional collaboration. You will play a key role in supporting Scopely’s duty of care commitments while helping foster a positive and people‑first workplace experience.Health & Safety Operations & ComplianceLead and maintain Scopely’s global Health & Safety programs, policies, and proceduresDrive the global H&S; governance framework, annual roadmap, KPIs, and continuous improvement initiativesEnsure compliance with applicable workplace safety regulations and duty of care obligations across office locationsCoordinate global standards while ensuring local regulatory adaptation and compliance in partnership with local teams and external providersHelp drive global safety standards, best practices, and governance initiativesPartner with Legal, Facilities, and Security teams to address compliance and operational safety mattersMaintain accurate records, documentation, and reporting related to health and safety programsSupport audits, inspections, and corrective/preventive action plans across global officesSupport annual H&S; budget planning, forecasting, and prioritization across global hubsManage relationships with external occupational health, prevention,



training, and emergency preparedness vendorsEmergency Preparedness & ResponseCoordinate and support emergency preparedness initiatives, including:First Aid / CPR / AED programsEmergency response trainingFire drills and evacuation planningEmergency communication processesEnsure emergency equipment and supplies are maintained and compliantPartner with local office teams to support incident response and workplace readinessSupport incident reporting, investigation, root cause analysis, and corrective actionsTraining, Communication & Employee EngagementOwn and coordinate global health and safety training strategies and mandatory compliance training programsCoordinate and deliver health and safety training programs globallySupport employee communications related to workplace safety and emergency preparednessDevelop training matrices, refresher training plans, and awareness campaignsHelp manage Safety Ambassador programs and employee awareness initiativesPromote a culture of safety, wellbeing, and shared responsibility across the organizationPeople Care & Employee SupportPartner with the People Team to support employee health and mental health initiativesContribute to programs that enhance employee wellbeing and psychological safety in the workplaceProvide guidance and support to employees and managers on workplace health and safety topicsDrive ergonomic assessment programs and workplace accommodation initiatives across office‑based, remote, and hybrid work environmentsCross-Functional PartnershipCollaborate closely with Facilities, Security, People Operations, and Leadership teams to ensure alignment across global officesSupport ongoing process improvements and operational efficiencies within the Health & Safety functionAssist with audits, reporting, vendor coordination,



and program administration as neededInfluence stakeholders across multiple functions and regions to drive consistent H&S; standards globallyWhat We’re Looking For4+ years of experience in Health & Safety, Workplace Safety, EHS, or related operational rolesExperience supporting workplace safety programs in multi‑site or global organizationsStrong understanding of workplace safety regulations, emergency preparedness, and compliance practicesExperience managing audits, inspections, risk assessments, and corrective action plansExperience working with external vendors, occupational health providers, and training partnersAbility to work independently while managing sensitive and confidential informationExcellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail and follow‑throughStrong communication and stakeholder management skills across cross‑functional teamsComfortable operating in a fast‑paced and evolving environmentExperience coordinating trainings, drills, and employee‑facing programsFluent in EnglishBonus PointsKnowledge of ISO 45001 or similar occupational health and safety management frameworksExperience with incident management, compliance systems, or HR platformsAdditional languagesPlease submit your CV in English.Equal Employment Opportunity StatementEmployment at Scopely is based solely on a person's merit and qualifications.
