Are you ready to bring your creativity to one of Mallorca's most iconic hotspots? BK Group specializes in the management and operation of leisure and gastronomy venues along Playa de Palma, including the famous Bierkönig. We are looking for a creative, reliable, and versátil individual to join our team immediately. In this role, you will actively shape our social media channels, manage our growing community, and independently create engaging content for our brands directly on site.

In this position, your main responsibilities will include:

- Managing our social media community with a strong focus on Instagram and TikTok.
- Answering and moderating comments and direct messages in a friendly and professional manner.
- Planning, shooting, and editing photos, videos, Reels, and TikToks directly on location.
- Developing creative content ideas tailored to our brands, artists, events, and guests.
- Researching current social media trends and converting them into fresh content concepts.
- Supporting promotional campaigns, giveaways, and community projects while collaborating closely with our marketing team and providing simple performance reporting.

To succeed in this role, you should meet the following requirements:





- Initial professional experience in social media management, community building, and content creation.
- High proficiency with Instagram and TikTok, backed by a strong feel for visual trends, timing, and atmosphere.
- Excellent communication skills, a structured and reliable approach to work, and composure in high-pressure situations.
- Full flexibility to work on site during evening hours, weekends, and special events.
- Very good German language skills are required, as your main focus is our German-speaking community; Spanish skills and experience with Canva or CapCut are a distinct advantage.
- You must already reside in Mallorca and hold a valid NIE as well as a Spanish social security number.

We offer you an exciting full-time position (40 hours per week) for the season with an immediate start. You will work in a dynamic environment directly at Playa de Palma, combining office tasks, social media strategy, live action, and events. You will join an open team with short communication channels and get the opportunity to actively shape one of Mallorca's best-known brand environments.
