Descripción del trabajo Experteer Overview In this role you will support the glass production line with a focus on safety, quality, and reliability. You’ll partner with reliability, transformation, and operations teams to drive continuous improvements and long-term value creation. You will analyze performance and quality issues, apply root cause analysis, and implement standardized processes and SPC. This role offers exposure to float processes and cross-functional project work in a fast-paced, transformation-driven culture.

Responsabilidades

- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical/Electronic, Industrial/Operations, Materials Science, or Chemistry
- Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams
- Experience operating, supporting, or improving manufacturing production processes
- Ability to use statistical methods and data analysis to improve production processes
- Experience working with customers to identify root causes of quality issues and implement corrective actions
- Advanced English proficiency (spoken and written)
