Descripción del trabajo Experteer Overview Envisioned as the Salesforce lead, you will steer design, development, and evolution of Waygate's Salesforce ecosystem while guiding its integration into Hexagon Manufacturing Intelligence. You’ll coordinate with international teams to deliver scalable, secure Salesforce solutions supporting sales, service, and customer processes. You’ll act as the technical reference for Salesforce deployment, collaborating with stakeholders and IT teams on the future Salesforce landscape. This role sits at a strategic transformation, aligning architecture and platform optimisation with enterprise goals.

Compensaciones / Incentivos

- Lead design, development, and implementation of Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ, and related apps
- Define the Salesforce technical roadmap aligned with enterprise architecture and best practices
- Drive integration activities for Waygate acquisition - system integration, data migration, workflow automation, interface development
- Provide technical leadership, enforce coding standards and quality
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable solutions
- Review designs, perform code reviews, ensure high-quality delivery
- Ensure seamless Salesforce integration with ERP and other enterprise apps




- Evaluate new Salesforce capabilities and propose value-driving improvements
- Support release management, deployment planning, and platform optimisation
- Contribute to architectural decisions ensuring security, scalability, and maintainability

Responsabilidades

- Bachelor or Master degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Software Engineering or comparable field
- Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I (required); additional advanced certifications desirable
- 6+ years of professional Salesforce development experience
- 2+ years of leading Salesforce projects or technical teams
- Extensive experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Salesforce CPQ
- Strong Apex, LWC, SOQL, REST APIs, integrations, and platform architecture expertise
- Proven Salesforce integration experience with ERP and enterprise apps
- Solid understanding of solution architecture, data modelling, integration patterns, and OO design
- Experience in Agile environments and leading cross-functional international teams
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Fluent English, both written and spoken
