Day One ELC is seeking a Studying or Diploma Qualified Lead Educator for our Eagleby Centre
The role
The successful candidate will be actively engaged in educating and caring for children under 5 years of age and effectively communicating with children, your team and families. We are seeking educators with a strong passion for the Early Childhood industry.
Selection Criteria
Studying or Diploma qualification in children services
Current First Aid, Anaphylaxis and Asthma Certificates
Current Blue Card
Knowledge of the EYLF and NQS
Prior experience and confidence with leading a classroom setting and writing educational programs
Strong leadership skills and an ability to confidently guide and mentor your peers




Confidence in building strong relationships and partnerships with children and families
Ability to Implement stimulating programs, and develop a curriculum based on the children's interests and the EYLF
Ability to observe and record children's learning and contribute to their educational portfolios
Strong verbal and written communication skills
