The Green Recruitment Company is hiring an Attorney with experience in Energy/Regulatory Law to work in a renowned firm specialized in the energy sector with offices in Madrid and Barcelona.

The chosen person will report directly to the area partner and will be part of a growing young team having constant contact with the Regulatory and Renewable Energy departments as well as international clients.

Responsibilities: * Advice on matters of public contracting and permitting. * Resolution of queries related to the energy sector. * Analysis and preparation of documentation adapted to the regulations to enter the tenders. * Advice to the firm's clients on regulatory aspects of the Energy sector, in administrative proceedings and in processes in the contentious-administrative order.

Requirements: * 3-5 years of experience in Regulatory and/or Energy law. * Experience managing teams. * Ability to identify and manage risks in projects. * High organizational and communication skills. * Fluent level of English and German. #J-18808-Ljbffr
