Are you ready for a better career? A better future? Job Description You lead IT service delivery for a manufacturing plant, ensuring all production-critical systems are available, secure, and performing reliably.

This role sits at the intersection of IT, operations, and regional teams, and is essential to keeping the plant running safely, efficiently, and in line with Lear values and governance standards.

Responsibilities * Lead plant IT operations and act as the first escalation point during critical incidents. * Ensure high availability and performance of hardware, networks, IT security, and telecommunications systems. * Deliver consistent, high-quality IT services to support production and business users. * Monitor, maintain, and secure IT systems to protect the integrity and confidentiality of company data.



* Ensure compliance with ISMS, Sarbanes-Oxley, and internal IT governance and control requirements. * Enforce corporate IT standards and align local practices with regional and general guidelines. * Manage the plant IT team, including recruitment, performance management, training, scheduling, and on-call support. * Maintain accurate documentation, procedures, and knowledge bases using corporate incident and service tools.

Experience Requirements 5+ years of experience in IT operations or service delivery in an industrial or manufacturing environment. 2+ years of experience leading or supervising an IT team.

Strong knowledge of infrastructure, networks, end-user systems, and IT security.

Experience working with IT governance frameworks, ISMS, and SOX-controlled environments.

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
