Role Purpose You will be responsible for coordinating and managing key remarketing processes, acting as a liaison between regional and local teams to ensure efficient execution of refurbishment operations and excellence across the end-to-end workflow.

Key Responsibilities * Act as a process and cooperation partner for regional functions, ensuring smooth and effective communication. * Analyse benchmarking data and translate complex information into actionable recommendations. * Define and implement local improvement measures.



* Coordinate complaint management processes in collaboration with relevant stakeholders. * Manage contract cancellation processes (transformation, conversion, and reverse transactions). * Analyse the Repair & Refurbishment process using KPIs and define action plans for improvement. * Ensure compliance with standard refurbishment business rules. * Manage purchase, approval, pricing alignment and budget control within the refurbishment process. * Drive continuous improvement of the end-to-end used car process.
