In a nutshell

As an Automation & RPA Engineer you will help transform and automate internal processes across our European IT organization. You will focus on process optimization, automation delivery, and future AI enablement.

Where will you be based and what business will you support?

Based in Barcelona, Spain; you will join a globally distributed team in support of our European Laboratory businesses.

How can you help us?

you will:

- Identify and implement automation opportunities across IT and business processes
- Develop RPA workflows, scripts, and automations (e.g. Power Automate, Python, PowerShell)
- Automate repetitive activities such as:
- Reporting & KPIs
- Data handling & reconciliation
- IT support processes





- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand needs and deliver practical solutions
- Contribute to AI-driven initiatives (e.g. copilots, intelligent agents)
- Continuously improve and scale automation solutions
